Politics in the Workplace Study

The purpose of this study is to examine the beliefs of employees regarding political stances at work. Specifically, our research explores how political ideology is manifested in the workplace, specifically through a person-environment fit framework. We want to understand the extent to which differing political ideologies (between employees and employers) influence various workplace outcomes. This data will be provided by full-time employees who perceive political ideological differences between themselves and their organization.
