Chantal is a 4th year Ph.D. student and McNair Graduate Fellow studying I-O psychology at FIU. Currently her research focuses on how sudden unemployment due to the COVID-19 pandemic affects individuals from marginalized backgrounds. Her research interests also include intergenerational interactions at work, and how stereotypes about Millennials, such as the belief that they are disloyal to organizations, impact their workplace experiences.
